A girl definitely needs her own set of wheels for her birthday! After two years, countless spills and several head traumas, Sarah also received her first helmet...to be worn at all times.
At some point we have gone awry in our attempt to raise these children with class and good taste. For her birthday breakfast Sarah clearly and distinctly requested "Waffle H-OW-se". If you can't beat them, join them - in your pajamas.
Another spin around the house before getting dressed
Daddy had to leave after breakfast for a business trip, but Sarah still had a lot of celebrating to do.

Sarah's fascination with giraffes has not diminished. She sleeps with a stuffed one ("Baby Gi-affe"), plays with a toy model and begs for the book Giraffes Can't Dance. Checking on Baby Kiko was at the top of her list!

Sarah would be happy with a zoo that housed only giraffes and flamingos. Onward to see more of her kind!
Her fascination with flamingos has not diminished either. She carries a stuffed one around, drives a plastic flamingo in her grocery cart, begs to read Sylvie, and still perches on one leg!
